Winter Spiritual Bath Recipes #AstroWitch

With the cold weather and Winter Solstice approaching a warm bath filled with relaxing herbs and salts is highly beneficial for the spirit as well as the body. I’m the advocate for gathering whats already available. So don’t hesitate to substitute an ingredient for what’s handy. Here are 3 different ways to take a spiritual bath this winter. You can select one or combine a few ideas together.

HERBAL BATHS

TEAS! YES! TEAS! You can steep your herbal teas in a bath for an easy clean up bath brewed to perfection. Tea within itself is a powerful magical herb. I love the Yogi Teas; Moon Cycle, Relaxed Mind, Stress Release, Deep Breathing and more. I will drink them, as well as toss one in my bath for a herbal bath with little to no clean up afterwards.

You can make your own tea bags or use mesh bags (the ones we usually get with crystals). Fill you bag with your favorite herbs and either steep on the stove as you would tea and pour into a warm bath. Or, you can also run your warm water and toss the bags right in.

Don’t care about clean up?

Toss herbs into boiling water to steep on the stove and pour into tub. Or, directly add herbs into warm bath water and get in. I’m a fan of this bath experience. The clean up doesn’t bother me. I add lots of loose herbs into my warm water and get right in. Rubbing all of the dry and fresh herbs on myself.

After bath, discard the herbs. It’s important to do so to prevent clogs.

STIRRING. Stir or motion your water in a direction while speaking your desires or spells.

CLOCKWISE: To draw towards. Great for love, luck, prosperity etc bath purposes.

COUNTER CLOCKWISE: To draw away. Best for removal of energy or releasing bath purposes.

SALT BATHS

Sea Salt is great and there are many other salts you may already have available. The warm bath water will dissolve the salt. Use kosher, sea salts, Dead Sea salt, Epsom salts, and more. Salt is a natural cleansing herb, as well as detoxification prosperities, healing and purification. You are sure to feel anew with this one!

Add a few tablespoons of your favorite carrier oil for a great skin moisturizer.

Include your favorite essential oils.

You can pour all ingredients directly into your bath or stir them all together in a bowl. This is a great way to make more than enough to save for other baths or to gift for friends.

WINTER RECIPE

1/2 cup Epsom Salt

1/2 cup other available salt

4 drops Lavender essential oil

4 drops Eucalyptus essential oil

3 tablespoons favorite carrier oil.

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients into a bowl.Pour into running warm water. Get in, Relax, Enjoy!

Use the stirring direction tip to include your intentions.

You can also mix salts with dry herbs for a more theatrical experience.

MILK BATHS

A milk bath during this cold time is amazing. Milk baths have been used for thousands of years. Helping to exfoliate skin as well as add moisture. Here you can even add milk, salts, herbs, and oils for a divine spiritual bath experience. You can use powdered milk or liquid milk. Goats milk is recommended.

MILK AND HONEY RECIPE:

1 cup Epsom salt 1 cup powdered milk 1/4 cup baking soda 1/4 cup lavender flowers 8 drops lavender essential oil 4 drops Ylang Ylang essential oil Honey Rose /Flower Petals

Directions

Combine salt, milk, baking soda, lavender flowers, essential oils in a large mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup mixture to hot running water, you can save the remainder for another time. Add in honey and flower petals to bath. Get in, Relax, Enjoy!

You are going to love any of these baths during winter months and throughout the year.

Use Spicy Sex Potion, Love Potion, and even Midas Touch Prosperity Potion into your herbal baths. The potion is very strong and can be used as replacement of essential oils and carrier oils. They all smell so divine and afterwards the aromatherapy adds a boost to your intentions.

Include crystals and candles for an even more relaxing and spiritual bath event.

Get created. Think of your own ideas.
